Enjoyed my few hours stay.

Breakfast was good and location is ideal for overnight stay for transit travellers as it is only a few minutes from the airport.

Friendly and helpful staff and very clean and tidy rooms and environment - eco friendly setup.

Brand new.

Brand new. Clean. Great value for money for a room just to relax and sleep. Shared toilet's and showers but clean new and dozens of them no waiting times

The bed hurt my back. But I think it was just the way I slept.

Pickup was good and close to airport. Room was comfortable even with the thin Japanese/Korean style floor mattress.

Not a nice neighbourhood but close to the airport.

Restless!

Cleanliness

1.Noise!!!..No chance for you to rest at night because of noise from everywhere,either the videoke playing at neighboring houses. Noise from staff themselves because there is a staff station on the second floor,staff talk so loud,does not care if guest are resting or not until past midnight,worst of your room is next to the station,then as if people are working on carpentry at 2 am,so many noise,then guest them selves. Believe it or not,I never slept a wink due to dicomforts. Bed??the hardest ever. Although I understood this is a korean heritage,since bed is on the floor,no chair on the room,Not therapeutic if you have back pain,hip pain or any bone and muscle problem because getting off the floor is just a misery. Never will go back to this airport lounge.

Thin walls

I liked that the interiors are well designed and clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful even with the grab booking going to and fro the hotel plus they have a free shuttle from the airport. Toiletries were good and they provide you with slippers and pajamas too.

The walls were thin wood so you can hear other guests or staff walking in and out, noise from other rooms like people watching movies etc... I could not sleep well. The mattress was hard but I was comfortable.

My last option...anď only because of airport shuttle.

It's very clean. It is near NAIA.

I was very disappointed because they did not make it clear breakfast was available from 6 am...this despite my emphasis that we planned to leave at 5 a.m. they told me it was ok that we could have our breKfast by that time. All they kept saying was it is newly opened so they were not ready...??? PLUS I HAD a hard time getting a ride.

The staff are nice and so helpful.

The staff are nice and so helpful. Their food are delicious. The property is new, clean and quite, but the surroundings is bit crowded.

The room wasnt that spacious but its okay. No tv in the room. Shower and bathroom are common but its big though. Theres no wifi in the room, only in some areas.

NO WIFI access and bad location !

the coolness of the room and the basket for toiletries

1. the location -i was mislead by the location/the road seems so dim and dark, the place seemed eery at night 2. the comfort room is far from the rooms and seemed scary at night 3. NO WIFI in all rooms !! if there are important emails and messages its so unsafe, tiring and inconvenient to go downstairs and make use of their wifi only at the lobby. They should provide access in the 2nd level for guests. 3. no soap and no telephone in case of emergencies - telephone should be provided in all rooms or hall ways. 3. cant trust the lock of the door - it can be open by somebody in the middle of the night- should be changed 4. the food so expensive and no choices for other menu, pricey food and beverages..

Poor organisation and

Reasonable prices and good rooms(no bed though)

1)Poor airport transfers-Despite emailing through Booking.com and reminding the hotel (and after receiving a second confirmation to this effect) that an airport transfer to the hotel would be required Even then no one arrived to pick up from the airport. 3)Besides they don’t accept any cards for payment -this is a joke for a hotel. 3)The hotel is located bang in the middle of what looks like a rundown slum.

Almost total fail

Newly built means new appliances etc.

From the beginning nearly till the end nothing worked like I would expect it from a hospitality business: 1. Agreed pick up from the airport: failed 2. A try to call the hotel by their named telephone number: failed -> their "marketing" answered the call telling me that they are not a hotel and that they could'nt help me 3. Quiet sleep: failed as they needed to make up somebody elses room directly opposite my room while loud chatting to each other - at 01:30am!!!! So friendly but completely overstrained staff. Sleeping on a very thin mattress on the floor (=means hard "bed") was also a new experience in a hotel for me.
